Clinical Specialist – CRRT (Acute Renal Care)

About the role

Vantive is seeking a Clinical Specialist to lead the delivery of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) across ICUs and renal teams in the Midlands and East Anglia. You will act as the clinical expert for Vantive’s acute renal care portfolio, providing education, support and guidance to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging on‑site, virtual and formal training sessions on Vantive’s renal therapies.
• Demonstrate product use and therapy workflows, ensuring evidence‑based practice.
• Build trusted relationships with ICU and renal clinicians, acting as a clinical advisor.
• Assist Account Managers in achieving therapy adoption and strategic goals.
• Contribute to marketing materials, product guides and training documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Stay up‑to‑date with clinical evidence, therapy trends and product innovations.

Required profile

• Recognised nursing qualification with experience in ICU or dialysis.
• Proven experience delivering clinical education and support in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with sales and account teams.
• Willingness to travel within the Midlands and East Anglia region.
