Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our global Customer Support team. You will triage, diagnose and resolve complex incidents on Radiant’s Cloud Platform, HPC and AI supercomputer fleet, working 24/7 in a “follow the sun” model.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering timely, professional support for AI and HPC workloads.
• Own incident lifecycle: gather logs, diagnose, document findings and drive resolution.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software across cloud, Linux and datacenter environments.
• Escalate complex issues to L3/L4 engineering teams and coordinate with third‑party vendors.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and handover tickets across regions.
• Contribute to deployment of new AI supercomputers and create documentation, runbooks and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in customer‑facing technical support or cloud operations.
• Strong Linux system administration background.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
