Club Receptionist – Member Concierge (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Third Space as a Member Concierge at our new Richmond club opening December 2024. You will be the first point of contact for members, embodying the brand’s high‑standard service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, ensuring a smooth and friendly entry experience.
• Maintain the club’s premium standards and uphold Third Space values.
• Assist with early duty management tasks and support day‑to‑day operations.
• Handle member inquiries, bookings, and any issues with professionalism.
• Work flexible early and late shifts (5:00‑23:00) to match club opening hours.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering five‑star customer service.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage demanding members.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic team player.
• Availability for early and late shifts.
