About the role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join a well‑established manufacturing team in Dartford. The role is full‑time, permanent and involves operating, setting up and programming 5‑axis CNC equipment, preferably with Heidenhain control.
Key responsibilities
- Set‑up, operate and program 5‑axis CNC milling machines.
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T to produce precision components.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools for each job.
- Use a range of measuring equipment to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
- Maintain a safe, organised work environment and adhere to company policies.
Required profile
- Positive attitude, punctual and reliable.
- Safety‑conscious with a commitment to quality.
- Organised and able to work independently or as part of a team.
