CNC Operator – Late Shift (3pm‑1am)

About the role

Join a well‑established manufacturing business as a CNC Operator on the late shift (3 pm – 1 am). You will work in a clean, organised machine shop producing premium precision‑engineered components.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling and turning machines.
• Load programs and verify correct machine operation.
• Inspect machined parts using measuring equipment and gauges.
• Monitor tooling, perform tool changes and carry out deburring, engraving and part preparation.
• Support machine changeovers and maintain workshop standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in CNC machining or a machine shop.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
• Experience using measuring and inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of milling and turning processes.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable work ethic and a team‑focused attitude.
