About the role

This full‑time Coding and Programming Trainee programme equips you with industry‑recognised web and software development skills and culminates in a guaranteed Junior Programmer placement. The training is delivered online, allowing you to study at your own pace before moving into a paid role.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 12 weeks of HTML and CSS training, followed by 12 weeks of advanced programming modules.
• Learn command‑line operations, version control with Git/GitHub, JavaScript fundamentals and Python 3.
• Build a portfolio website to showcase your work.
• Undertake optional cloud certification courses (AWS and Azure).
• Transition into a Junior Programmer role with a salary between £25,000 and £40,000.

Required profile

• No prior programming experience required.
• Motivation to start a career in IT and ability to commit to the training schedule.
• Flexibility to study online and later work onsite in the UK.
