About the role
This full‑time Coding and Programming Trainee programme equips you with industry‑recognised web and software development skills and culminates in a guaranteed Junior Programmer placement. The training is delivered online, allowing you to study at your own pace before moving into a paid role.
Key responsibilities
- Complete 12 weeks of HTML and CSS training, followed by 12 weeks of advanced programming modules.
- Learn command‑line operations, version control with Git/GitHub, JavaScript fundamentals and Python 3.
- Build a portfolio website to showcase your work.
- Undertake optional cloud certification courses (AWS and Azure).
- Transition into a Junior Programmer role with a salary between £25,000 and £40,000.
Required profile
- No prior programming experience required.
- Motivation to start a career in IT and ability to commit to the training schedule.
- Flexibility to study online and later work onsite in the UK.
