Collection & Delivery Driver – Full-time

About the role

Join Parcelforce Worldwide as a Collection & Delivery Driver, operating from the Solent depot in Fareham. You will be responsible for moving parcels safely and efficiently, ensuring customers receive their items on time while representing a trusted UK parcel service.

Key responsibilities

• Sort parcels and plan efficient delivery routes each day.
• Carry out essential vehicle safety checks before each shift.
• Collect and deliver parcels to homes and businesses across the assigned area.
• Provide a friendly, dependable service for both personal and business deliveries.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• Starting salary £25,201 per year, rising to £30,000 with overtime.
