Commercial Account Executive – Insurance Broker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join one of the UK’s fastest‑growing insurance brokers. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from our London office and remotely while delivering expert advice to commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, handling renewals and mid‑term adjustments.
• Provide specialist advice across a wide range of insurance products and negotiate with insurers to secure optimal cover and competitive terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new business through referrals, networking and other development activities.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA requirements and is completed accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Commercial Account Executive, Commercial Account Handler, Commercial Broker or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Experience with Acturis or a comparable broking system (advantageous).
