Commercial Account Executive – Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join a well‑established insurance brokerage in Isleworth. You will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering expert broking advice on new business and renewals across a wide range of insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, understanding their risk needs.
• Generate new business and manage policy renewals for products such as construction, motor fleet, cyber liability and professional indemnity.
• Provide accurate quotations, negotiate terms and ensure timely placement of policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to meet sales targets and support business growth.
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal underwriting guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, covering both new business and renewals.
• Strong knowledge of products including construction, SME packages, motor fleet, PI, cyber liability, property and liability.
• Progress toward or completion of Cert CII.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer‑focused attitude.
• Professional presentation and ability to work effectively within a team.
