Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme – Gloucester

About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech business as a Commercial Associate on a graduate scheme. You will be based in Gloucester and work within a dynamic team that supports the company’s rapid expansion across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s product offering to engage prospects confidently.
• Contact inbound prospects, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Visit client and prospect sites regularly, negotiate and close contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Serve as the central point of contact between customers, sales, delivery, legal and product teams.
• Liaise with existing customers on contractual changes and ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Logical thinking, adaptability and a proven capacity to learn new concepts quickly.
