About the role

This Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme is designed for recent graduates who are fluent in Spanish and want to launch a career in a fast‑growing tech‑focused business. Based in London, you will receive a structured training programme and the chance to work with a recognised brand expanding across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s product and service portfolio.
• Engage inbound prospects, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Support existing clients with contractual changes and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Proven adaptability and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
