About the role

This position offers an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Fee Earner the chance to join a well‑established firm with strong growth ambitions. You will work within the Conveyancing department, handling a full range of commercial property transactions from start to post‑completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all types of conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions.
• Handle re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy schemes.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications and ensure accurate registration of titles.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Provide post‑completion support and resolve any issues that arise after completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Commercial Conveyancing Fee Earner.

Required skills

• Commercial conveyancing expertise.
