Commercial Development Executive – London

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Development Executive to join our established broking team in London. You will work with businesses to assess their insurance needs, design tailored solutions and grow a profitable book of commercial accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage renewals, quotations and MTA submissions.
• Provide a full range of commercial insurance coverages, including liability, property, cyber, D&O, fleet and motor trade.
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulatory requirements.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with insurers and corporate clients.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to a customer‑led culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial insurance broking.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and manage existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of various industry sectors and their risk profiles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
