Commercial Director – South East

About the role

Represent Knightsbridge Business Sales across the South East, meeting business owners to advise on company sales. Qualified appointments are provided and the role offers a £120,000+ OTE.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑arranged, qualified meetings with business owners considering a sale or exit.
• Build strong relationships and credibility with owners, directors and shareholders.
• Undertake detailed fact‑finds to understand each business, its financial performance and the owner’s objectives.
• Review company accounts and key financial information.
• Discuss potential value ranges, valuation expectations, market positioning and sale strategies.
• Deliver persuasive presentations of Knightsbridge’s services and negotiate formal client instructions.
• Maintain momentum with prospective clients through effective follow‑up and ensure confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Confidence and credibility to engage with business owners and senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial awareness with ability to understand financial information.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and ambitious with a full driving licence.

What we offer

• £35,000–£45,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
• £120,000+ OTE with significant earning potential.
