Commercial Disputes Legal PA – Up to £48,000 – Hybrid

About the role

Join a thriving Commercial Disputes team at a market‑leading law firm that advises world‑famous brands on high‑profile litigation. The Legal PA will support two Partners and several Associates, helping to manage complex commercial disputes with an international reach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to 2 Partners and 4‑5 Associates.
• Manage court deadlines, prepare bundles and maintain busy diaries.
• Liaise with clients, counsel and court officials to ensure smooth case progression.
• Coordinate filing, document production and internal communications.
• Assist with the onboarding of a new Partner and their team.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Legal PA within Disputes or Litigation.
• Confidence supporting fee earners in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
