About the role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to join a thriving electrical contractor serving Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire. The role combines traditional commercial electrical installations with paid training in solar technology, offering a clear pathway to senior positions.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out commercial electrical installations across local sites.
- Perform solar panel installations after completing company‑provided training.
- Respond to overtime requests and occasional stay‑away assignments.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards on all projects.
Required profile
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and AM2 qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Motivated to develop new skills and progress to senior roles.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and local availability.

What we offer
- Salary between £40,000 and £50,000 per year.
