Commercial Finance Broker – High‑Earning Flexible Role

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Finance Broker to join a well‑established brokerage. The role focuses on high‑value commercial finance deals such as bridging, development finance and business lending, offering the chance to increase earnings through a commission‑only structure while enjoying flexible, home‑based working.

Key responsibilities

• Source, structure and close commercial finance transactions, including bridging and development finance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, professional landlords, accountants, solicitors and other introducers.
• Leverage an existing client bank and generate new leads through the company’s referral network.
• Provide clients with tailored financing solutions and manage the end‑to‑end loan process.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure smooth administration of deals.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification (essential).
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Commercial Broker.
• Existing client base or strong introducer relationships.
• Interest or experience in commercial finance.
• Willingness to work on a self‑employed, commission‑only basis.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of commercial lending products and market.
• Ability to assess credit risk and structure complex finance solutions.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking capabilities.
