Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

Equifind Group is partnering with a fast‑growing omnichannel fashion retailer to find a Commercial Finance Manager. The role will act as a strategic finance partner, turning data into insight that drives decisions across retail, e‑commerce and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with retail, merchandising, e‑commerce and marketing teams to monitor performance against key metrics.
• Build and present financial models for new store openings, market entry, product launches and technology investments.
• Own the reporting and analysis cycle that supports time‑sensitive business decisions.
• Run the annual budgeting and forecasting process for all sales channels, covering revenue, margin and cost lines.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc reports highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems and reporting outputs.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and strengthen data feeds for KPI reporting.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Strong commercial finance experience in a fast‑paced consumer business.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
• Good judgement, balancing data analysis with practical insight.
• Proactive attitude towards personal professional growth.

Required skills

• CIMA qualification or equivalent.
