About the role

This Commercial Graduate Scheme is designed for Polish‑speaking graduates who want to launch a career in sales within a fast‑growing tech business. You will receive comprehensive training and quickly become responsible for managing your own sales territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s product and service offering.
• Engage inbound prospects, build relationships and nurture leads.
• Manage an assigned territory, visiting client and prospect sites regularly.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Serve as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Liaise with existing customers on contractual changes and ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Educated to degree level.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Logical thinking, quick learning and adaptability.
