Commercial Graduate Scheme – Sales Associate Role

About the role

Our client partners with thousands of companies across the UK and Europe and is growing at 40% per year. They are launching a brand‑new team of graduates to expand their presence in the UK, based in Bristol.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough knowledge of the business offering to engage confidently with prospects.
• Contact inbound prospects and build strong business relationships.
• Manage your own territory autonomously, visiting client and prospect sites regularly.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers and influencers.
• Serve as the central point of contact between customers and internal Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product teams.
• Liaise with existing customers on any contractual changes.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Valid driving licence and own car.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt.
