Commercial Lead

About the role

Fulkrum, a global leader in inspection, expediting, auditing and technical staffing services, is seeking a Commercial Lead to shape and execute commercial strategies across key global territories. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will work with regional managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure commercial integrity, compliance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional bidding and tendering processes, including risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee contract renewals and maintain the Contract Register.
• Govern RFQs, proposals and agency relationships to ensure strategic alignment.
• Support global AVL processes and manage global subscriptions for cost efficiency and compliance.
• Mentor and guide the Commercial Analyst and Specialist.
• Assist the Sales Team with business development and client engagement.
• Ensure insurance coverage meets client requirements.
• Support the Head of Commercial and step in during absences.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in a commercial leadership role.
• Extensive experience in bidding and tendering processes.
• Proven track record in contract management and negotiations.
• Experience with supplier registration, AVL and memberships.
• Insurance management and compliance expertise.
• Oversight of RFQs and RFPs.
• Knowledge of QHSE/IMS processes.
• Strategic supervision and operational guidance with stakeholders.
• Coordination with cross‑functional teams such as Legal, Finance and Compliance.
