This Manchester law firm operates nationally with a stellar commercial litigation team. The role involves joining a well‑placed team to handle a mix of contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and injunctions for high‑profile clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contractual disputes for a diverse client base.
- Handle shareholder and partnership disputes.
- Draft and enforce injunctions as required.
Required profile
- Commercial litigation lawyer at NQ level up to Legal Director level.
- Commercial and pragmatic approach with strong client‑care skills.
