About the role

We are a well‑established law firm in Wigan looking for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our friendly team. The role is suitable for candidates with some litigation experience or recent law graduates eager to develop their skills, with full training and mentorship provided.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of commercial litigation matters under supervision.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and liaise with clients, courts and third parties.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure procedural compliance.
• Deliver high‑quality client service throughout each matter.

Required profile

• Previous litigation experience or a law degree with a strong interest in litigation.
• Organised, proactive and confident in workload management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to develop a long‑term career in commercial litigation.
