Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded disputes team in Leeds. You will work alongside recognised partners on complex, high‑value commercial disputes and develop your expertise within one of the region’s largest litigation practices.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes.
• Manage complex litigation from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Work closely with partners on strategic, high‑value matters.
• Handle specialist disputes including reputation management, public procurement, confidential information, fraud and asset tracing.
• Draft legal documentation, pleadings and witness statements.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the growth of the nationally recognised disputes practice.

Required profile

• Solicitor with 1–4 years PQE, experienced in commercial litigation.
• Ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision.
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical and drafting abilities.
• Effective communicator who builds strong client relationships.
• Motivated to develop within a large regional commercial law firm.

• Salary £67,000–£85,000 per year.
