About the role

This is a partnership‑track opportunity for an experienced commercial litigation solicitor (5+ PQE) based in Colchester. The firm offers flexible working arrangements and a market‑leading bonus package.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Lead and mentor a small team of junior lawyers and support staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the firm’s long‑standing client base.
• Contribute to business development and the firm’s strategic growth plans.

Required profile

• Minimum of five years post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to handle complex cases across all stages of litigation.
• Desire to progress towards partnership and to support junior colleagues.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑focused mindset.
