Commercial Litigation Solicitor – £65,000+ (DOE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our growing Dispute Resolution team in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, build strong client relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise a broad portfolio of clients—including businesses, charities, trusts and private individuals—on commercial and civil disputes.
• Handle litigation matters covering commercial, property, contentious probate and alternative dispute resolution such as mediation.
• Take ownership of your own cases while supporting senior colleagues on larger, complex matters.
• Mentor junior lawyers and help develop talent within the department.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial and civil law.
• Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation and advocacy abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
