Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Senior Associate (5+ yrs PQE)

About the role

We are partnering with a highly regarded full‑service law firm recognised for high‑quality work and a supportive culture. This senior associate position offers an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor the chance to join an established dispute resolution team, work closely with partners and take on increasing responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to partners on complex commercial disputes.
• Manage a broad caseload including shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, insurance litigation, class actions, professional negligence and insolvency litigation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships while delivering high‑quality legal advice.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong technical ability combined with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, responsible approach to managing matters.
• Ambition to progress quickly within a supportive firm.
