About the role

This position is a home‑based Commercial Major and Complex Loss Adjuster operating across the South West of England. You will manage commercial property loss claims exceeding £100,000, supported by accountants and major loss surveyors.

Key responsibilities

Assess and settle commercial property loss claims above £100,000.
Maintain a small, high‑quality caseload and ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with accountants, major loss surveyors, insurers and Lloyd's syndicates.
Travel extensively to client sites throughout the South West.
Prepare detailed loss adjustment reports and liaise with all stakeholders.

Required profile

A/FCILA qualification preferred, or progressing towards it.
Relevant experience in commercial loss adjusting accepted.
Willingness to travel frequently across the South West.
Based in the South West region.
