Commercial Manager – Corporate Sales Lead

About the role

Greys Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the corporate sales function for a regulated service organisation. The role combines hands‑on business development, account growth and team leadership to drive revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a corporate sales plan focused on new business, account retention and revenue growth.
• Generate new opportunities through direct sales activity and strategic relationship building.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with corporate customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify market opportunities across UK and international channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximise lead generation and campaign ROI.
• Support the launch of new products and services.
• Lead, coach and motivate a small commercial team, monitoring pipeline performance and conversion rates.
• Implement sales KPIs, dashboards and reporting processes to track performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial sales leadership, preferably within a regulated service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with corporate clients.
• Experience managing and developing a small sales team.
• Results‑oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes.
