Commercial Officer – Contracts Management

About the role

This position is ideal for a professional with a procurement or commercial contracts background who wants to progress to a Commercial and Contracts Manager role. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager and a collaborative team, gaining deep exposure to commercial contracts for governmental and aerospace projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all allocated commercial and contractual aspects of contracts, including new opportunities, bid support, and contractual changes.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver profitable commercial solutions while mitigating risks and ensuring governance.
• Collaborate with Procurement to advise on contractual obligations, risk mitigation, and flow‑down requirements.

Required profile

• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment, untangling complex information and understanding its impact on contracts.
• Background in procurement or commercial contracts with proven negotiation and contract‑management experience.
• Experience delivering high‑quality, complex workloads within a technical setting.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence across diverse groups.
