About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a leading regional law firm in Bath. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to handle high‑value commercial property matters while developing your career within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and lease renewals.
• Advise on property development projects.
• Handle landlord and tenant disputes.
• Execute investment property transactions and portfolio management.
• Provide strategic advice to a diverse client base including investors, developers, landlords and occupiers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in a reputable commercial property team.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
• Excellent client care and communication abilities.
• Ambition to progress within a growing practice.
