Key responsibilities

• Buy and sell commercial property
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and licences to occupy
• Handle property development matters
• Manage property finance transactions
• Support business relocations
• Oversee commercial property portfolio management
• Resolve commercial property disputes

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) or more senior with commercial property experience
• Confident and organised approach to client matters
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Enjoys collaborative work and is keen to continue professional development
