Commercial Property Manager / Head of Property

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager / Head of Property to lead a small team within a dynamic property management company. You will be responsible for overseeing a commercial portfolio, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a small property‑management team to achieve operational targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, owners and other stakeholders.
• Attend committee and annual meetings to provide updates and address property matters.
• Assist in preparing service‑charge budgets for managed properties.
• Use property‑management software (ideally TRAMPS) to maintain records, process payments and generate reports.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and compliance.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors, suppliers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a senior commercial property‑management role (e.g., Head of Property Management, Commercial Property Manager, Senior Property Manager).
• Proven ability to lead or supervise a team.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Professional approach when dealing with clients, landlords, tenants and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience using property‑management software, preferably TRAMPS.
