Commercial Property Manager

About the role

Fisher German LLP is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial, office, retail and leisure properties across the North West. The role combines day‑to‑day property management with strategic service‑charge administration and client liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi‑occupied commercial properties, including industrial, office, retail and leisure assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and on‑site staff.
• Supervise and direct site‑based staff where applicable.
• Prepare, present and obtain approval for service‑charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Present service‑charge information to tenants and resolve queries.
• Liaise daily with property owners, asset managers and tenants.
• Produce timely reports for clients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and other relevant legislation.
• Provide support to other team members as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial property management.
• Ability to manage a varied portfolio and service‑charge regimes.
• Strong client‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a high degree of autonomy.
• Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday.
• Based in or willing to work from the North West region.

Required skills

• Service‑charge budgeting and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of building insurance and major/minor works.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation.
• Contractor management and liaison with building surveyors.
