Commercial Property Paralegal – Surrey Law Firm

About the role
Join a respected, forward‑thinking law firm in Surrey as a Commercial Property Paralegal. You will support experienced solicitors on a variety of high‑quality development and new‑build matters for housebuilders, developers and property investors.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with supervising solicitor on active caseloads.
- Manage and progress ongoing commercial property matters.
- Liaise with clients, developers and third‑party professionals.
- Work on new‑build developments, residential and commercial acquisitions/disposals, development agreements, and lease drafting and negotiation.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months experience in commercial property/real estate matters within a UK private practice law firm.
- Strong academic record (2:1 or above in law degree or GDL).
- Residence in or near Elmbridge.
