Commercial Property Solicitor (1-3 years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our London team. You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting partners and senior lawyers on acquisitions, disposals, landlord‑tenant issues and property finance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating sale contracts and transfers.
• Prepare and negotiate leases, licences, deeds of variation, rectifications, surrenders and related documentation.
• Investigate title, produce title reports, raise enquiries and draft responses.
• Conduct property searches, analyse results and advise clients.
• Provide corporate support on the sale and purchase of companies.
• Assist with day‑to‑day property management and finance matters.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial property agreements.
• Competence in title investigations, property searches and corporate transaction support.
• Ability to work directly with partners and senior lawyers and build client relationships.
