Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least two years of post‑qualification experience to join a progressive, expanding practice in Cambridge. This is a unique opportunity to shape a department, build a team and work towards partnership within a firm recognised for national and international excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a new commercial property team.
• Generate and manage new business opportunities.
• Provide high‑quality commercial property legal advice to a diverse client base.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth and reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Ambition to progress to partnership.
• Proven ability to develop business and lead a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑focused mindset.
