Commercial Property Solicitor – 2 to 4 PQE

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Commercial Property team within a nationally recognised law firm. You will advise a diverse client base on high‑value property transactions and work closely with senior lawyers while developing your own practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, investment transactions, property development and secured lending.
• Collaborate with senior partners on complex matters and contribute to business‑development initiatives.
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide commercially focused advice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to handle a broad range of commercial property transactions.
• Commercially minded, proactive and motivated with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in business development and supervising junior colleagues.
