About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join a growing practice in Greater London. The role offers genuine autonomy, allowing you to manage your own caseload while contributing to the development of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad portfolio of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and property finance transactions.
• Handle private company acquisitions and disposals that involve a property element.
• Advise on landlord and tenant issues and negotiate related agreements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial real estate transactions.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive commercial awareness and a confident, independent working style.
