Commercial Property Solicitor – Associate/Partner (Hybrid, Generous Bonus)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor at Associate or Partner level to join a well‑established firm serving the Suffolk and Essex region. The role is hybrid, offering a blend of office‑based work and remote flexibility, and includes a generous performance‑linked bonus. You will work on a diverse portfolio of property transactions, supporting both private and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all types of commercial conveyancing matters from inception through post‑completion.
• Supervise and mentor junior fee earners, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain client expectations and deliver advice in line with the firm’s objectives.
• Contribute to the development of junior staff through training and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
• Ambition to progress towards partnership with a clear career pathway.
• Desire for flexible working arrangements and a collaborative firm culture.
• Strong client management and communication abilities.
