Commercial Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

About the role

This position offers an immediate, hands‑on caseload within a well‑established legal practice in Eastbourne. You will work closely with partners who maintain an open‑door policy, gaining exposure to a variety of commercial property matters from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full and active commercial property caseload.
• Handle commercial property transactions and leases.
• Assist with buying and selling of businesses.
• Collaborate with partners and senior team members on complex matters.
• Contribute to the growth of the commercial property department.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ to senior level).
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
• Ability to work independently on a busy workload.
• Team‑player who values culture and collaboration.
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a supportive environment.
