About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2–10 years PQE to join a thriving property team in Gloucestershire. The role offers high‑quality work, a strong client base and a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise investor and business clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Handle commercial leasing transactions and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Manage investment property work and property portfolio administration.
• Lead secured lending and refinancing transactions.
• Collaborate with commercial lenders and finance teams where required.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• 2–10 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Strong client‑relationship and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
