Commercial Property Solicitor – Commercial Real Estate Lawyer

About the role

The firm is seeking a commercially‑focused solicitor to join its thriving Commercial Real Estate team. You will work with a diverse, high‑value client base across the South East, handling the full lifecycle of property assets and supporting complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage landlord and tenant matters, investment and asset management, and portfolio administration.
• Provide real‑estate advice on corporate/M&A transactions and securitisation structures.
• Collaborate with specialists in Dispute Resolution, Corporate/M&A, and Banking & Finance.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to departmental development.

Required profile

• Post‑qualification experience in commercial real estate, preferably with portfolio asset management.
• Proven track record on complex transactions and large‑scale portfolio work.
• Experience supporting corporate M&A transactions and exposure to investment, development and securitisation structures.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance legal risk with business needs.
