About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established North East law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor. The role offers hybrid and remote working options and the chance to manage a varied portfolio of commercial property transactions while supporting the domestic property team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle commercial property acquisitions, disposals, leases and finance arrangements.
• Provide legal support to the domestic property team as required.
• Maintain a varied caseload and ensure timely, accurate delivery of client matters.
• Develop expertise with a view to progressing into a leadership role.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑focused approach.
• Motivation to grow within a small, close‑knit team.
