Commercial Property Solicitor – London

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our highly regarded London property team. You will work with a sophisticated client base on high‑value, complex real estate matters, gaining significant client exposure and contributing to the practice’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, landlord‑tenant work, leases, promotion agreements, options, development matters and real‑estate finance.
• Collaborate with corporate, finance, dispute resolution and tax colleagues to deliver integrated advice.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships and support business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in commercial property.
• Proven experience in sales and purchases, landlord‑tenant matters, complex lease negotiations, title due diligence, development work, option agreements and property finance.
• Strong technical knowledge, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to provide practical, solutions‑focused advice.
• Excellent communication, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach.
