Commercial Property Solicitor – NQ+ Level

About the role

We are seeking an NQ+ Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well‑established team in Eastbourne. You will work on a diverse portfolio of high‑value property matters, gaining exposure to a broad range of transactions while developing your legal expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Buy‑sell transactions for commercial properties
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licences to occupy
• Advising on property development projects
• Structuring and documenting property finance arrangements
• Managing business relocations and portfolio administration
• Handling commercial property disputes

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) or higher with commercial property experience
• Confident, organised approach to client matter management
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Team‑oriented mindset with a desire for continuous professional development
