About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm known for its expertise in property law. You will handle high‑quality commercial property work from day one and progress towards senior roles.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals and rent reviews.
- Conduct development work and site acquisitions.
- Assist with commercial lending and refinancing transactions.
- Collaborate closely with experienced property lawyers and maintain direct client contact.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5+ PQE considered).
- Strong experience in commercial property law.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
- Ambitious, client‑focused and eager to progress your career.
