Commercial Property Solicitor – £60,000+ (DOE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our established team in Wiltshire. You will work on a varied, high‑quality caseload for a diverse client base, delivering practical commercial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing transactions.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and disputes.
• Support development projects from planning through completion.
• Manage your own caseload with confidence and minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive, solution‑focused advice.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a solicitor or legal executive.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client‑care skills.
• Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
