Commercial Property Solicitor / Senior Associate (3+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Senior Associate to join a growing, friendly and supportive team at an award‑winning local firm. The role offers the chance to work on a variety of commercial property matters while progressing towards partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve billing, time and fee‑earning targets set by the firm.
• Manage projects and deadlines efficiently, cooperating with the firm’s credit‑control arrangements.
• Provide high‑quality advice on commercial leases, easements, freehold and leasehold acquisitions, options, overage and property finance matters.
• Lead and support junior fee‑earners, contributing to team knowledge and development.

Required profile

• Professional, organised and ambitious with a confident manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong project‑ and time‑management skills.
• Experience in commercial property practice covering leases, acquisitions, disposals and finance.
